Welcome to The Athletic Collegiate website (“Site”). By using our Site or enrolling in our program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Site & Content

All content is owned or licensed by The Athletic Collegiate. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

2. Non-Discrimination Policy

The Athletic Collegiate does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, disability, or any other protected category in any of its admissions, programs, or activities.

3. Participation & Risk Disclaimer

Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling your child or participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. The Athletic Collegiate, its owners, staff, and partners are not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation in our activities or use of our facilities.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to participate in athletic activities.

4. Privacy & Children’s Data (COPPA Notice)

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All information submitted regarding children must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. If we discover we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

6. Enrollment, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

Enrollment in The Athletic Collegiate requires a commitment for the full academic year.

If you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment, you must notify us at least 2 months in advance in writing (email or letter). Early withdrawals with less than 2 months’ notice will result in a penalty equal to 2 months’ tuition. No refunds are offered for paid tuition or fees unless required by law.

Tuition is non-refundable after August 15. Withdrawals require 2 months’ notice and incur a two-month tuition penalty.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
