Note: NCAA-approved coursework matters in high school; elementary families benefit from the strong K–5 foundation and community now.

The Athletic Collegiate: Daily Program & Services

  • Half-day, in-person program (Mon–Thu, 8:00–12:00) designed for grades 2–4.

  • Learning Coaches for real-time academic support, pacing, accountability and (6:1) Coach/student ratio.

  • Daily SEL (confidence, focus, teamwork) woven into routines and sport.

  • Allergy-aware breakfast snack & lunch included every program day.

  • Onboarding & tech setup for Laurel Springs + family “getting started” checklist.

  • Parent communication (weekly progress notes; quick-hit updates).

How Billing Works - Simple and Transparent

Your tuition covers three components:

  1. Laurel Springs tuition — Lower School Level Tuition. See current rates and options during an Open House. Laurel Springs School

  2. Life Time Junior Tennis — Junior Membership and daily tennis training. Life Time

  3. The Athletic Collegiate Program Fee — Covers on-site program, learning coaches, SEL, meals, onboarding, and family support.

Yes, one invoice. We bundle your charges and break them out line-by-line for clarity.

Payment Options - for The Athletic Collegiate Program Fee

  • $11,900 Pay-in-Full (Fall Semester).

  • Two-Pay Plan (60% on enrollment; 40% in November, $250 one time admin fee).

  • 4-Pay Monthly (equal payments; $150/monthly admin fee).

  • $1000 Non-Refundable Deposit and $500 Registration and Supply fee due at acceptance to hold your spot (applied to tuition).

What’s Included vs. Not Included

Included (TAC Program Fee):
Learning coaches, SEL, daily supervision (Mon–Thu mornings), orientation & tech setup, progress notes, allergy-aware breakfast snack & lunch, family and student support.

Included (LSS):
Accredited online coursework, 24/7 Tutor.com access, 30+ clubs & activities, counseling services, parent resources, virtual/in-person events, open houses.

Included (Life Time):
Junior Membership benefits
and progressive junior tennis pathway with published class schedules; training at the Frisco club.

Not Included:
Personal tennis gear (racquet, shoes), additional private lessons, tournament entry fees, transportation, laptops/headsets/printers for home study.
